Summary: Strategic business partner providing training, consulting and support to
operations. Develop HR solutions, implement programs for:
Retention, wage/salary, benefits administration, programs strategies, investigations,
training and compliance.
Requirements: B.S. degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred. 2 or more
years practical/related experience in a food production plant with meat experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

2. 2 or more years in human resources in a food production plant (meat).
