Bioenergy and food company looking for a Corporate Recruiter.
Must be bilingual Spanish, able to travel up to 50% of the time on recruiting trips across the U.S.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, able to research, propose, plan and execute targeted area recruitment (local and nonlocal)
Excellent communication skills, able to use computers and proficient in social media.
Prefer someone from the area or surrounding states (near Guymon, OK).
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. 2
years of recruiting experience, corporate or agency.
2. Bilingual English and Spanish.
3. From Oklahoma or a bordering State preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
