Guymon, Woodward, Clinton, Weatherford, and all surrounding areas
Please read the following information carefully regarding this great contracting job opportunity!
We are currently seeking experienced field inspectors in your area. All interested candidates must have the following:
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Vehicle
Smart Phone (Android/I-Phone)
GPS
Internet Access
Experience (preferred)
Our inspections department uses an inspection management system called Inspectorade. This management system is designed to assign, route, and submit inspections on residential properties. All qualified candidates will be required to use this system to view and submit inspections assigned to them. We ask that all inspectors also download the mobile app for your smartphone. This will enable you to upload/submit results while still in field.

Weekly compensation for all work completed within the pay period for that week. ++
Inspectors will be required to complete multiple types of inspections and follow the guidelines/requirements outlined by each client and/or inspection type. These inspection types include, but are not limited to mortgage, bankruptcy, occupancy verification, Interior, property condition, borrower interview, and loss draft inspections.
All applicants will be required to complete a thorough background screening for the protection of our company, but also to meet the requirements of our clients.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
