Job Description:
Summary:
Oversees the daily operations of building maintenance and provides leadership and support for the Maintenance Superintendents and Supervisors. Responsible for facilitating and coordinating departmental efforts to support the needs of production and all other support departments.
Directs and monitors the Superintendents/Supervisors engaged in performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Approves requisitions for tools, equipment and supplies.
Responsible for insuring completed work meets blueprints, specifications, and standards.
Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and state and federal regulations to insure a safe work environment
Facilitates analysis and problem-solving to assist managers with meeting departmental/company goals and objectives.
Responsible for development and implementation of action plans motivating workers to achieve work goals.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Four-year college or university program certificate with four (4) years management experience preferred; or six (6) years related practical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related practical experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret in the English language general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Bilingual, Spanish and English skills preferred, but not necessary.
REASONING ABILTY AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Use of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) along with the ability to use some mathematical formulas and calculations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must have a strong mechanical aptitude. Moderate to advanced knowledge of the following is necessary: plumbing, carpentry, operates heavy equipment, standard maintenance tools, welders, air compressors, etc.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. 4+ years of management experience in multi-site agriculture related facilities maintenance, construction, or remodeling.
3. Bilingual English Spanish is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
